JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Write and post technical job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like facebook, linkedn ….
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Coordinate with team Leaders/Project Managers/General Manager to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with team Leaders/Project Managers/General Manager to arrange interviews
  • Compose job offer letters
  • Onboard new hires
  • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work

 

*** Location:

  • 90 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, Dist 1, HCMC
  • 219 Trung Kinh, Yen Hoa, Cau Giay, Ha Noi
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
  • At least 3-year experience in recruitment, in which at least 2 years of recruitment in IT industry.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting).
  • Good communication, team work and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • Positive attitude and warmth towards people.
  • Be a quick learner
  • Good at English or Japanese.
