- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Coordinate with team Leaders/Project Managers/General Manager to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
- Coordinate with team Leaders/Project Managers/General Manager to arrange interviews
- Compose job offer letters

- At least 3-year experience in recruitment, in which at least 2 years of recruitment in IT industry.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting).
- Good communication, team work and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Positive attitude and warmth towards people.
- Be a quick learner
- Good at English or Japanese.
