Hybrid Technologies – Training & Development Officer is to carry out and ensure that the training program is in line with the culture and demand of the company in order to provide qualified personels with knowledge and skills suitable to various work requirements.

The Training & Development Officer together with other team members of the Training Center will be responsible for the delivery of the following key priorities:

  • Ensure that all the work you do follow the visions and missions of the company.
  • Research and design training programs fitted to the company culture and demand.
  • Prepare and deliver training lessons (including but not limited to updating teaching materials and assignments, planning classes, marking course works, etc.) in manner that ensures a high quality learning experience for employees.
  • Support and motivate employees to grow personally and improve their own knowledge and skills.
  • Manage and report about attendance, training progress, development and growth of employees.
  • Recruit, support, supervise and evaluate training staffs; keep contact with collaborating partners (in Vietnamese and English). This means you have responsibilities to managing quality of training and learning within English.
  • Plan other contributing programs; participate in training related events (occasionally during evenings, weekends and holidays…)
Yêu cầu
  • 24 years old and up
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
  • 1-2 years experience in training, especially soft-skill training (having knowledge in IT field is a plus)
  • Strong communication skill (clear, coherent and mature presentation of speech)
  • Confidence, flexible and sensitivity in handing situations within classroom environment
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
